Log in to the Customer portal

Sign in

1. Open the Customer portal.
2. Enter the email address you used when buying.
3. Enter the password you created with your first purchase.
4. If you do not remember it, choose the password reset.
5. Open the reset message and set a new password.
6. Once you are in, pick the product you want.

The email after a purchase may carry an automatic sign-in link. That link is temporary, so later use the normal sign-in or a password reset.

You cannot see a purchase

Sign out and try another email address if one might have been used at the checkout. Find the payment confirmation to check the exact spelling.

The Customer portal shows purchases from different sellers who use Easytools. It is not the same thing as a seller’s own course or community panel.
