Bartek Pucek and Krzysztof Wojewodzic: an investor and a CEO teach AI to more than 3,500 managers
Bartek Pucek was the first investor in ElevenLabs. Krzysztof Wojewodzic rebuilt his own company around AI — through a hard year to record profitability. Together they run AI_Managers, Poland's largest AI program for managers, already finished by more than 3,500 people.

Bartek Pucek: The Thinking Company and the first investor in ElevenLabs
Bartek Pucek — as he puts it himself — has been reading, thinking, writing, building, and investing on the internet since 1997. He founded The Thinking Company, a firm that helps organizations adopt AI. Its aim fits in one sentence: turn AI ambition into EBITDA. Fewer pilots that end as experiments, and more systems that work inside the company every day.
The other side of his work is investing. As an angel investor he backs young technology companies: he was the first investor in ElevenLabs, and his portfolio holds more than 20 AI startups. He shares what he sees in a technology and business newsletter read by more than 7,000 people.
Krzysztof Wojewodzic: an AI transformation inside his own company
Krzysztof Wojewodzic is CEO of Escola S.A., a technology company that Deloitte placed on the Fast 50 list four times. When AI started to change the IT industry, he decided to rebuild Escola from the inside. It was not easy: in 2024 revenue fell from PLN 19.6 million to 11.6 million, and the company parted ways with part of the team. A year later came the rebound — PLN 20.9 million in revenue and a record PLN 4.1 million in EBITDA, with AI-related projects now contributing 20–30% of revenue.
AI_Managers: six weeks, one finished project
Those two experiences became AI_Managers, the course Bartek and Krzysztof teach together. It is not about operating tools. It is about decisions: where to put AI in a company, what it costs, and when it pays back.
The program lasts 6 weeks and includes 18 live sessions: foundations, case studies, and workshops. Participants work on the authors’ AI Transformation Canvas™ and finish with an AI project ready to implement, with the return on investment calculated.
More than 3,500 people from more than 1,000 organizations have completed the three editions so far. More than 80% of graduates finished with a ready project, and the NPS was +65.
Selling a cohort course
AI_Managers is a cohort course — you can buy a seat only while the sales window is open, and anyone who misses it waits for the next edition. The course is sold through Easytools.
A high price, a lower barrier
The course is aimed at managers and executives, so it is a high-ticket product — individual access in the previous edition cost PLN 4,990 net. The creators also wanted it to be reachable for more people, so it can be bought in two interest-free installments: half at purchase, half later.
A money-back guarantee
If after the first week a participant decides the course does not meet their expectations, they get 100% of the payment back — no unnecessary questions. At that price, it takes a lot of risk out of the decision.
An offer for companies
Companies that send whole teams can get a discount of up to 20%, a proforma invoice, and a bank transfer with up to 30 days to pay.
A waiting list
When the sales window is closed, interested people join a waiting list and hear when the next edition opens.
What makes this story stand out
Bartek and Krzysztof look at AI from two sides. Bartek as an investor in early AI startups and the founder of a company that implements AI in large organizations. Krzysztof as a CEO who went through the transformation in his own company: through a year in which Escola’s revenue fell by 40%, to a year of record EBITDA earned by a smaller team.
The common thread is simple: adopting AI is a business decision. Bartek does not ask “what can this tool do?” He asks “how much will we earn from it, and when?” Krzysztof knows from experience what it costs to get to that answer. That is exactly what they teach managers.
Summary
AI changes so fast that a course recorded once would be out of date in a few months. That is why AI_Managers runs in cohorts: every edition is live sessions, and the program is updated as it goes. Alongside Bartek and Krzysztof, practitioners who implement AI in large companies every day share what they know — and that experience is a large part of the course’s value.
