Olga Wilczyńska: sales that do not require being online every day
Olga Wilczyńska helps women experts online build sales systems. She teaches how to build webinars, automated webinars, and funnels that sell without posting on social media every day.

Easytools lets me run every sales funnel in one tool. It works especially well for courses — the customer buys access and then goes straight to my own player with the lessons. I do not have to manage access, and the sale works 24/7, even when I am not online.
Systems instead of reach
Since 2018 Olga Wilczyńska has been testing and implementing sales systems for online courses and services. She specializes in marketing automation — above all webinars and automated webinars.
She works with women experts who already have the knowledge and the product, but whose sales still depend on how much time they spend on Instagram today. Olga shows how to reverse that: instead of posting more, build a system that sells even when nobody is posting stories.
She works from numbers, not hunches — the cost of acquiring a contact, the return on ads, and conversion. And from Polish reality, not from American playbooks copied one to one.
The webinar as the heart of the system
In Olga’s approach a webinar is not a one-off event. It is a whole campaign: warming up the community, the session itself, and the sale on the replay. Each stage has a goal and leads to the next.
The next step is an automated webinar. Once refined, it can sell for weeks, without a new recording and without the expert having to be in front of the camera every time.
For Olga, an online business should by design earn online even when the expert is offline. After all, most people go into online business precisely to earn more while getting time back for themselves and their loved ones.
Automated webinars make it possible to build a system that works whether the expert is at her computer, on holiday, spending time with family, or sick at home. Sales do not have to stop just because the business owner stops working for a while.
The whole funnel in one place
Olga sells all of her products through Easytools — including the AI content-creator course, ebooks, and a content bundle.
That is why her automated-webinar funnels work in one place. The customer meets the offer on the page, buys access with one click in the checkout, gets a notification with access, and watches the recording in the player. Access can also be time-limited — for example for a year.
Several mechanisms help close the sale along the way:
BLIK in the checkout
BLIK payments work natively. The customer pays with her favorite method without leaving the checkout, and that raises conversion.
Order bump and one-time offer
With the main purchase, the customer can add a cheaper product, such as an ebook, with one click. The order value grows without a separate campaign.
Discount codes in the link
Instead of a code field that tempts people to hunt for a discount on Google, Olga sends a link with the code already applied. The customer clicks and immediately sees the lower price.
A built-in player
Because the recordings live in Easytools, customers get access right after purchase — and they do not have to create an account or log in anywhere.
Recovering carts
If someone starts a purchase and does not finish it, they get a reminder. Some of those orders come back — without work on Olga’s side.
What makes this story stand out
Many women experts hear that to sell more, they have to post more. Olga shows something different: a personal brand grows because of a system, not because of ever more activity on social media.
What matters most is thinking in a process, not in a single campaign. The webinar, the emails, the offer, and the purchase form one whole. When they work together, the expert gets her time back and can focus on what she knows best.
Summary
Olga’s story shows that selling online does not have to mean being available 24/7. A well-designed system — with a webinar at the center — can work for the creator, including when they are not online.
