Przeprogramowani: from a PLN 500 course to 10xDevs and more than 8,000 graduates
Przemek Smyrdek and Marcin Czarkowski turned an after-hours project into one of the largest AI courses for programmers in Poland. The first edition of 10xDevs brought more than PLN 1.5 million, and the course now has more than 8,100 graduates. See how they sell it in sales windows with Easytools.

We use Easytools to sell our courses and programs, and the average conversion in our checkouts is about 27%. We also really value the interface, which is much friendlier than in our previous tool — both for us and for our customers. And the Easy team always supports us and offers the help we need. I recommend them!
From a passion to education
Przeprogramowani is an education brand for programmers — online courses, a podcast, and a newsletter about making software. Marcin Czarkowski and Przemek Smyrdek founded it in 2019 as an after-hours project, because both of them had jobs at the time.
Their first course, “Master JavaScript,” was made mostly on weekends and cost PLN 500. They built the community through YouTube and a newsletter, where they regularly shared knowledge for free.
“We were producing very high-quality courses and putting a huge amount of work into them, and then selling them for PLN 500.”
Marcin Czarkowski
Jumping in
In 2023 Marcin and Przemek left their jobs to work on the courses full time. They had a strong sense that AI would change the rules of the industry.
They first wanted to train companies in person, but it quickly turned out that more interest was coming from individual customers. So they went back to online education — this time about AI.
The breakthrough: 10xDevs
The breakthrough was working with BRAVE, an agency that supports course creators. The first project together was 10xDevs, a course that teaches programmers to work with AI. Marcin and Przemek handled the substance, and BRAVE the promotion and customer support.
Previously, 150–200 people came to one edition of a course. The first edition of 10xDevs attracted 1,250 participants and brought in more than PLN 1.5 million.
Today the course has four editions behind it and more than 8,100 graduates. More than 2,000 programmers learn together in the active community, including people from Allegro, Ringier Axel Springer Poland, and DPD Group. For those who want to start from the basics, there is also 10xDevs Foundations — 15 interactive lessons, already used by 180 people.
Selling in windows with Easytools
They sold the first course through Web2Learn, but the platform did not meet their expectations, especially in the interface. They tried Easytools and stayed. Today they run the course on their own platform, and the whole sale goes through Easytools.
A waiting list between editions
10xDevs launches in editions, so the sale also happens in windows. Between them, interested people join a waiting list, and Marcin and Przemek can see immediately how large the interest is.
Installments without a fee
10xDevs is a high-ticket product. Easytools lets them split the price into subscription-based installments — with no fee for the buyer. The decision is easier when you do not have to pay everything at once.
27% checkout conversion
Plus discount codes, reports, and integrations with marketing tools. The result: in the first edition of 10xDevs, more than one in four people who entered the checkout finished the purchase.
What this story teaches
1. Do not underprice
For the first years Marcin and Przemek sold a course for PLN 500, while programming bootcamps cost PLN 10,000–15,000. They put enormous work into the material and priced it as if it were an add-on. Today 10xDevs is a high-ticket product — and it still sells in the thousands.
2. Marketing done well is an investment, not a cost
Working with BRAVE showed what happens when promotion is handled by people who do it professionally. The creators can focus on what they are best at, and the course reaches a much larger group. The result: from 150–200 participants an edition to 1,250 in the first edition of 10xDevs.
3. The substance is not everything
The best course will not sell itself. At the start, Marcin and Przemek spent dozens of hours on the content, but they lacked the resources to get the sale moving. The BRAVE team filled that gap and let them move to the next level.
“At the beginning we spent dozens of hours making content, and promoted it with a single post. That is not enough.”
Marcin Czarkowski
Summary
The Przeprogramowani story shows that an after-hours course can grow to thousands of participants — if you listen to the community, do not do everything yourself, and have tools that keep up with the growth.
