Piotr Tomaszewski: from 1:1 work to a business built on digital products
In 2016 Piotr Tomaszewski published one of the first fitness ebooks in Poland. Today he has more than a million followers and more than 30,000 ebooks sold. See how he moved from selling his time to a business built on digital products.

I moved to Easytools because I was worried that, in my previous tool, many people abandoned my carts before buying. Just switching to Easy raised my conversion by 15–20%, and on top of that I can do everything myself. Launching a sale and running it is simple, fast, and works immediately.
When the calendar runs out
Piotr started by coaching clients 1:1 online. At some point the calendar filled up, and more people still wanted in. He needed a way to help the people he could not work with in person.
“At some point I had no room for new clients. I did not want to raise prices, or turn anyone away.”
Piotr Tomaszewski
That is how his first ebook appeared — in 2016, one of the first in the Polish fitness industry. He wrote it for four months, still at university.
The question first, then the product
Piotr did not have to guess what to write about.
“I had worked with hundreds of people individually, so I could see which problems kept coming back.”

Before he wrote the first sentence, he also ran a survey. More than 1,000 people replied. That told him what his audience struggled with most — and what was worth writing about.
His rule is simple: if a topic concerns a handful of people, there is no point writing an ebook about it. A digital product has to answer a wide problem.
Later ebooks came faster — the next 200-page guide took him about a month. Today, making the content is only 15–20% of his work. The rest is marketing, promotion, and sales.
Reach that sells
More than a million people follow Piotr today: 608,000 on TikTok, 229,000 on YouTube, and 210,000 on Instagram. He has sold more than 30,000 of his own training ebooks, and more than 15,000 people have used his programs and meal plans.
The offer grew with the reach. Alongside the ebooks and meal plans there are now trainings, 1:1 work for people who need more support, and business consultations for trainers and dietitians who want to follow his path.
The newest step is the BBS Training app: 12 training plans, more than 600 technique videos, and more than 400 recipes.
From WordPress to Easytools: +15–20% conversion
At the start Piotr sold his digital products only through WordPress. He quickly noticed a problem that was lowering his revenue: many people abandoned the cart during the purchase.
After moving to Easytools, conversion rose by 15–20%. The key was a simpler buying process — fewer steps between the decision and the payment.
The second change was independence.
“In WordPress, every change needed a developer, a budget, and time. Here I do everything myself. Launching a sale and running it is simple.”
Piotr Tomaszewski
What makes this story stand out
Piotr did not start from a product. He started from his audience’s questions. He first checked what they really needed, and only then wrote the ebook.
What matters most is combining a wide problem with a simple purchase. A large audience brings the traffic, and a checkout without extra steps turns that traffic into sales.
Summary
Piotr’s story shows that a full trainer’s calendar can be the start of a scalable business. And at that scale, every percentage point of conversion is real money — in his case, 15–20% more sales from the same traffic.
