Where to find all your invoices

An invoice for your customer

1. Open Store → Orders.
2. Search for the order by number or email address.
3. Open the details and the documents section.
4. Download the invoice or go to the connected invoicing system.

An invoice for Easytools

1. Open the email confirming your Easytools plan purchase.
2. Click the link to the Customer portal.
3. Sign in with the address you used to pay.
4. Open the purchase or the subscription.
5. Go to the payments and invoices section, then download the document.

Stripe documents

Processing fees and payouts are in your Stripe dashboard. These are not the sales invoices issued to your customers.

If a document is missing, first check whether the payment has a successful status and which invoicing method is selected in Invoicing & Taxes.
