Ask for a refund
- Open the email confirming your purchase.
- Find the seller’s contact details.
- Write from the address you used when buying.
- Give the order number, the product name and the reason for your request.
- Wait for a decision that follows the terms of the offer and the applicable law.
After a refund is issued
The refund goes back to the same payment method. It can take a few working days to land, depending on your bank. With a partial refund you will only see the agreed amount.
If the seller has confirmed the refund but the money does not appear for a long time, ask them to confirm the refund transaction. Then contact your bank.
Buying digital content can carry different withdrawal rules, especially once you agree to immediate delivery. Check the seller’s terms and the information you accepted before paying.
